We are now operating out of a new state-of-the-art facility in the heart of Culpeper's historic downtown, boasting five exam rooms and a specialty test room.

Dr. Elias is a graduate of the University of Rochester and received his doctorate from the University of Houston in 1992. He has over 30 years of professional optometric experience – most of those have been spent serving the Central Virginia community at Culpeper Eye Associates. When he's not at the office, you'll most likely find Dr. Elias at a college basketball game. Go Hoos!
